Qualification
- Graduate/ Postgraduate/MBA / PGDBM.
- Prior experience in hiring.
- Comfortable to work on Rotational shift.
- Good understanding of HR policies & procedures.
- You are organized, meticulous & detail oriented.
- You ideally possess a degree in human resources or related field.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills , roles and responsibilities.
Responsibility
- Handling end to end recruitment cycle.
- Posting job description on the job portals.
- Knowledge in job portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.
- Should have very good in communication skills.
- Searching profiles from job portals and scheduling interviews.
- Understanding the requirement, sourcing profiles from various channels like job portals, networking.
- Screening profiles and candidates over phone, short listing profiles and presenting them to the Recruitment Manager.
- Keep following up till the joining of candidates.
