About this role

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Digital Marketing Specialist at Foiwe. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company and its products. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, analyzing web analytics, conducting online marketing activities and ensuring effective communication across various digital platforms.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in IT services or consulting
  • Proven experience managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM and performance marketing metrics

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation
  • Manage and grow social media channels through engaging content and community interaction
  • Monitor and analyze web analytics and campaign performance data to derive insights and improve ROI
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to align marketing initiatives with business goals
  • Develop and manage paid ad campaigns on Google, LinkedIn and Meta platforms
  • Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present actionable insights
  • Stay updated with emerging trends, tools and best practices in digital marketing

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Highly creative with a passion for data-driven marketing and innovation
  • Strong analytical thinker with the ability to interpret numbers into strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Prior experience in B2B or technology-driven industries will be an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console
  • Proficient in using social media management platforms like Zoho Social, Hootsuite or Buffer for planning and performance tracking
  • Experience in marketing automation and CRM tools including Mailchimp, HubSpot and Zoho CRM
  • Familiarity with lead generation and outreach tools such as Apollo.io for campaign execution and audience targeting
