  • Online Marketing Experience for US, Europe and Asian Markets for contact centre and/or BPO services.
  • Plan and manage Global marketing campaigns.
  • Handle globally distributed teams.
  • Excellent with Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Excellent Account Management Skills.
  • Understands Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
  • Holds a Masters Degree in Marketing.

Responsibility

  • Manager sales & marketing initiatives of Contact Center and BPO division.
  • Market Foiwe’s services on global market.
  • Sells against monthly & annual revenue targets for IT services business.
  • Direct & manage sales & business development activities globally.
  • Executes against the major steps of the sales process.
  • Find new business opportunities, qualify new opportunities and close new business.
  • Prepare various management and sales reports.
  • Mentor the marketing and sales teams.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing team.
